RoxIRC is a graphical IRC client written in tcl/tk.  It provides a pleasant,
easy to use, and powerful interface.

ircII style /commands, with history
configurable colors for information types
dedicated query windows
dynamic configuration, no need to restart it

nicklist, see who is in the channel without /names
dialogs for banlist, modes, kick/ban, etc

Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.
